Tanya Biondi on “Blustardusk” and the gift of creativity

INTERVIEW

Tanya Biondi was born in London but she grew up in Italy. From her Italian father Tanya inherited the love for the arts and from her English mother the love for literature, the love for Duran Duran music. She has been blessed with the gift of creative imagination and the ability to express it through words, music and painting. Tanya Biondi has self-published several poetry books and recently her first novel called Blustardusk”.

FacciaNatRit

Who exactly is Tanya Biondi?

“I was born in 1968, I’m half Italian half English and I work as a secretary. Since very young I was fascinated by tales and literature and started writing poems and lyrics for songs very early. I believe I have always been an artist and always new it, although life has taken me elsewhere.”

How did you decide to pursue a writing career?

“As I said, I have always been aware of my inclination towards creativity and since I was young dreamt of conducting the life of an artist, but things didn’t work that way. In fact I never decided to pursue a writing career, I wrote, because it is a sort of necessity for me, just as I compose my own songs or do any other creative work. I don’t do it with the purpose of a career, although it would be wonderful to be able to spend my time just doing that for a living!”

Was getting published hard?

“Well, it was not, since I’m not published, I self-publish my books online. I have made this choice after a few bad experiences with small publishing companies. Initially I only wrote poetry and I was very eager to publish my collections. Big publishing companies in Italy don’t bother with poetry by unknown writers, so I accepted a couple of contracts with two different small publishers whom I had to pay. Now, the problem is not that I had to pay, I understand and accept that it is a highly risky investment to publish an unknown poet, still, I believe there must be a difference between someone calling themselves publishers and a merely printing company. The difference is the effort the company makes to promote your work, and these people got a lot of money and gave no promotion. With this novel I decided to try sending the manuscript to many publishers, bigger and smaller ones (always in Italy), the only replies I had, were from companies asking me to pay; fortunately in these days the internet offers a wide range of services for self-publishing, so I chose that if I had to spend money I would spend it to promote myself and not to fill people’s pockets without getting much in return. So I pursued this path and did the same for the English version of the novel, without even wasting time trying to find a publisher.”

CopertinaINGJpg

Are your characters based on people you know?

“Not at all, they were born from my fantasy, and frankly, it might sound funny, but I quite like the idea to have given them life in some way.”

What genre are your books?

“As I said, until now I had only written poetry, eight collections to be precise. This is my first novel, as for its genre, I’m not perfectly sure if it is more a romantic fantasy or fantasy with a vein of romance. In any case it is set in space, there is love, adventure and certainly a fantasy atmosphere.”

Do you have a specific writing routine?

“No, I don’t, I work in an office and live with family, so I’m not free to organise my day around writing, I would say rather the contrary, as soon as I get some free time I get down to work, and even so, I’m not always inspired. When it is possible I prefer to write in the open air, especially in the pinewood near home, where I find peace and quiet and beauty. When I start writing I can go on for hours on end, sometimes I have to force myself to stop, it depends also on what you are writing, some passages require more thinking and it might take hours just to write a couple of pages.”

What are your current projects?

“I am writing my second novel, I would say I’m half way through the raw version, then there is all the editing to do which can take quite a long time. The topic is a little more delicate so the work grows slowly. A part from that, I’m also preparing for a new song album and for the audiobooks of some of my poetry collections, I would also like to translate a number of chosen poems into English.”

What’s next for you?

“Difficult to say, I hope my work gets some appreciation, a part from that, I’m never short of ideas!”

Season Bennett and ‘The Social Barber Book’

INTERVIEW

Season Bennett is a Technical Business Analyst at a Fortune 100 company.  She has over 15 years of professional experience in Information Technology.  She graduated from South Carolina State University where she majored in Professional Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science.  She also received a master’s degree in Software Development from Winthrop University in 2004.  She is married to Derrick Bennett, master barber and owner of Headlines Barber Shop in Charlotte, NC.  where Season also serves as the Director of Marketing and Promotion. She is also the author of The Social Barber Book.

a

  • Why did you write The Social Barber? “A lot of barbers and hairstylists are artists. They love to create. They end up having to leave the industry to get a “real job” because they can’t make a living doing what they love. I wrote this book as simple how-to guide to help them increase their customer base so they can continue doing what they love.”
  •   What makes you an expert on social media marketing for barbers and hairstylists? “I enjoyed doing social media marketing so much that I ended up getting certified as a Social Media Strategist. So I have an extremely unique experience as both being certified in social media marketing and also owning a barber shop.”
  • “How did you start doing social media marketing?” “I spent several years in corporate America as a computer programmer and my husband owns a barber shop. He’s been a barber for many years. I thought the barber shop would be the perfect place to have a food drive. I started doing social media marketing because I wanted to get the word out about the food drive.”

frontcover

  • Why did you name your book The Social Barber? “Good question! I wanted to call it The Social Barber because I wanted to remind barbers to be social. Most people use social media for entertainment so hard sales tactics really don’t go there. I want them to have fun and get to know people.”
  • What is the biggest misconception about social media marketing? “One of the biggest misconceptions about social media marketing is that you have to be actively selling. You are really trying to build a relationship with people—some you’ve met in person and some you haven’t. You want people to get to know you.”
  • What are some of the biggest mistakes that you see barbers and stylists making in their social media marketing? “I see a lot of barbers and hairstylists that are posting inappropriate content. They are more focused on getting a large number of likes or gaining followers. At the end of the day, those things don’t matter. I always ask the question: would you rather have 10,000 followers or 5 new consistent and loyal customers.”
  • Why do you think it is so important for barbers and hairstylists to use social media marketing? “Social media marketing is the new word of mouth. Barbers and hairstylists should use it as an online portfolio of their work. They have the added bonus of other users commenting on their work that potential customers will see as well. Their current customers may see work they’ve done on another client and feel like they’d like to get an additional service done.”
  • What is your professional background in? “I have over 15 years of experience in Information Technology. I’ve done a great deal of work as a computer programmer and a technical business analyst. I think that has really helped me to look at social media marketing from an analytical perspective.”
  • Was getting published hard? “I decided to go the route of self-publishing so that really wasn’t an issue.”

BOOK DESCRIPTION

Born in Africa, abducted to Brazil, raised as a warrior, destined to for greatness.

Based on the true story of Mestre Benedito, one of the founders of the unique and beautiful martial art of capoeira, The Mysterious One of Kapwera Engolo celebrates the life of a young man named Besege taken from home and sold into slavery in the New World. Swiftly escaping to a multi-racial community of freedom fighters, Besege survives to witness turbulent times, including the birth of capoeira from a mix of African and native Brazilian arts, the abolition of slavery in Brazil, and the rise of Afro-Brazilian culture as an enduring force.

Caught between worlds, living his life on the run from the authorities, and trapped within a system that enslaved and condemned him on the basis of his skin color, Besege rises to a position of respect and leadership as a warrior, a spiritual guide, and a teacher— one whose legacy survives even today.

As rich in action as it is in history and culture, The Mysterious One of Kapwera Engolo is a captivating and enlightening window to a very different place and time—a world defined by adventure, mysticism, upheaval, and the eternal struggle to be free.

Humanitarian Margaret Galabe talks about SIDE and “The first-ever Baligham village health fair”

INTERVIEW

Margaret Galabe is a humanitarian, philanthropist, social entrepreneur, advocate for women with disabilities and founder Student International Development Engagement.

SIDE, for short, provides learning programs for international students that are looking to deepen their understanding and gain real, hands-on training and knowledge of the issues that affect vast populations of people living in rural, poverty-stricken villages in Cameroon, Central Africa.

Through Student International Development Engagement mission, sustainable development initiatives are fostered and cross-cultural experiences are available to engage students worldwide through a combination of volunteer opportunities, service learning and internship.

BookCOVER

The THE FIRST-EVER BALIGHAM VILLAGE MOBILE HEALTH FAIR book is a story of mothers and their babies, families and the myriad of health concerns facing this underserved remote village.

“It transcends boundaries, North Toledo, in the U.S.A., a diversified group of passionate student volunteers from Canada, the U.S., Ireland, Germany and the Czech Republic” Margaret Galabe explains. “The first-ever Baligham village health fair is as Laura Marano said, and I agree, “Every single person has the power to change the world and help people.” impact the lives of others. Students travel abroad to enrich their global experience, contribute to development issues and find the experience rewarding in a way that they never imagined.”

  • How did you decide to pursue a writing career?

“I never thought about being a writer , it grew out of an opportunity I saw to improve the health care and mortality rates of rural families, mothers and children in Baligham, a remote poor village in Cameroon. Using a mobile health fair model, and a team of local and international volunteers planned, executed and assessed the success of the first-ever Baligham Village health fair. The experience of the team is described in this book, including the lessons they learned and the extraordinary gift they shared with members of this underprivileged rural village. The most valuable chapter in the book isn’t about the planning or execution (although they are certainly program priorities) but about the lessons learned. Every successful program must continue to evolve in order to sustain longevity despite the ever changing needs of the project. The goals of this book is to inspire and encourage others to take part in the important work being done via the Baligham Village Project. My experiences are shared in this book for those who will enjoy the encouragement and hope present in a story such as this, where strangers give and share of their time and talent in the service of others.”

  • Was getting published hard?

“As you know, writing a book is a long process. THE FIRST-EVER BALIGHAM VILLAGE MOBILE HEALTH FAIR is my first book and I would never have successfully published it without the help of William Hoard, CEO/ Look Press-Seattle, USA. ‘You have developed a most remarkable program to do so much to help the people of Cameroon! I have visited your sites and read thru your preliminary manuscript. I am wondering how you managed this. It seems like such a daunting task, yet an ingenious way to create symbiosis between cultures.– At this point, I am getting a little picky about which projects to take on. My priorities are: 1] books with social or cultural impact (messages that make a difference),— So your project just rose to the top of my list!—'”

  • Are your characters based on people you know?

“– one face at a time

“I must admit that I personally measure success in terms of the contributions an individual makes to her or his fellow human beings.”

(Margaret Mead)

Truly, the human aspect of our successes were the most memorable. By that I mean, there are faces we saw on the day of our health fair that I will never forget; they are the faces of people who will stay

in my heart, and in the hearts of volunteers, forever more. And to me, more than a listing of objective evidence that our fair was a success, it was bearing witness to the outpouring of individuals towards their fellow man that was the most compelling reason to say we succeeded.

For example, there is an image of a man who comes to mind as I share this portion of our experience. He was wearing a black hat. Through our health fair, as a routine assessment, he had his blood pressure checked, maybe for the first time ever. Later, he was admitted at the Holy Family Medical Center in Akum and several volunteers and I were able to see him a short time later. He got out of his hospital bed and came out to thank us and to introduce us to his daughter. If we had not screened him at the health fair, he probably would have had a stroke, or worse, died. During examination, Dr. Kume had remarked, “this man can have a stroke at anytime…” and swiftly referred him for further treatment. I don’t think I’ll ever forget this man.”

TrionasVideo

  •  What genre is your book?

“As stated in the beginning, one of the goals of this book is to inspire and encourage others to take part in the important work being done via the Baligham Village Project. Genre: anti-poverty, women’s issues and sustainable development.”

  • Which of your books is your most favourite?

“THE FIRST-EVER BALIGHAM VILLAGE MOBILE HEALTH FAIR is my first book and my most favorite. A phenomenal success! That’s the overwhelming response to the first ever BALIGHAM MOBILE HEALT H FAIR!

The pilot project was created to provide health care and disease prevention to Baligham, a small village in Cameroon. Sponsored by the Student International Development Engagement, a program in which international students deepen their understanding of the issues facing poor villages in Cameroon. But, it truly does take a village to make this mobile health fair happen. Without the many generous and hard-working volunteers, neither the resulting success nor the Health Fair would have been possible. Volunteers have been and will continue to be the heart of this very worthwhile event…”

  • Do you have a specific writing routine?

“Well, at this stage of writing my first book THE FIRST-EVER BALIGHAM VILLAGE MOBILE HEALTH FAIR, a specific routine that worked for me was carrying with me at all times a notebook of the Baligham village mobile health fair actual event, late at night I read my notes and write down any new ideas. I tend to write in the morning after a short walk and a cup of coffee.”

  • What are your current projects?

“THE FIRST-EVER BALIGHAM VILLAGE MOBILE HEALTH FAIR, second edition made up of short stories, memories written by different authors into these people’s everyday lives, and calls for action on their behalf.”

  • What’s next for you?

“I feel strongly that my long-term vision is on point. That is, in the long-term, I will continue replicating our sustainable model for effective rural healthcare delivery, thereby reducing maternal and child mortality rates among other benefits. I will do so by continuing to use a platform that incorporates university students and faculty – sustainable village development partnerships, service learning and volunteering. In the future, I hope to set up a permanent Maternity Center that would be run by local health care workers partnering with University medical schools combined with a student volunteering and service learning component. I am confident this promising model will not only reduce mortality rates but will also improve the delivery of preventive and primary health care for the people of Baligham Village.”

#Valentine’sDay #Excerpt: ‘The Syrian Virgin’ by Zack Love

BOOK BLAST

In honor of Valentine’s Day, we are pleased to share with you this romantic excerpt from “The Syrian Virgin” by Zack Love…

In this scene, the 18-year-old Anissa, who fled war-torn Syria for a new life of hope and love in New York City, goes on her very first date ever, and it happens to take place on Valentine’s Day…Her longtime crush, Michael (27), takes her ice skating in Central Park.

Enjoy!

baciteaser

“At 3 p.m. on February 14, the security guard for my dorm called me with a cute message from my visitor. “There’s a Mr. Kassab downstairs who wants to know if you’ll be his Valentine today.” I quickly looked in the mirror one last time before leaving, and felt butterflies in my stomach as I closed the door and made my way to the elevator.

When I arrived in the lobby, I saw that Michael was waiting for me by the door. He held it open for me and we exited the building into the crisp New York air.

As we walked towards the subway stop on 116th Street, I lightly shared a small confession: “Do you realize that this is officially the first date of my life?”

“Wow. Well, it’s good to know that there’s no pressure on me here!” he replied ironically.

I playfully elbowed him. “None at all.”

“And that means it’s also a good thing that I brought these goodies for you,” he said, taking a small bag of Baci chocolates out of his coat. “But – since this is your first date – I should warn you that most dates do not come with chocolate! You know, just to manage your expectations a little.”

“And why shouldn’t they all come with chocolates?” I replied with a teasing smile.

“I guess that’s a fair question. But if you got chocolates on every date, then getting them on Valentine’s Day wouldn’t seem very special, now would it?”

“I think I’d be OK with that,” I said, amusing us both with my understatement as we arrived at the subway entrance.

We passed through the turnstile, went down the stairs, and stood by the track, waiting for the downtown train to show up. Our flirty banter resumed as the area gradually filled up with more New Yorkers heading downtown in sweaters, scarves, hats, and gloves.

“Well, I think there may be a compromise arrangement we can work out,” he replied, looking down at me with a smile.

I glanced up into his brown eyes, curious. “What’s that?”

“You see, Baci literally means ‘kiss’ in Italian, so I think you could fairly expect some kind of kiss on every date.”

“Will I ever get both chocolate and non-chocolate kisses on the same date?” I responded, glimpsing at him coyly from the side.

“Are we getting greedy now?” he joked. “Ten minutes into your very first date ever? I guess you may need to make up for some lost time,” he said with a teasing glint.

“I might.”

“Well, your odds of getting both kinds of kisses are probably best on Valentine’s Day, so there may be cause for optimism.”

And just as it seemed like the space between us was subtly starting to shrink, the train arrived. But we soon stood even closer to each other on the crowded subway car. As we traveled downtown with countless strangers, we were at times pressed up against one another during the twenty-minute ride to the Columbus Circle station. At 59th Street, we got out of the subway and walked over to the skating rink in Central Park.

February 14, 2014 brought with it a few firsts, and ice skating was one of them.

Michael was comfortable and experienced on the ice but went very slowly so that he could effectively serve as my training wheels while I clung to his arm to avoid crashing every other minute. Thanks to his support, I fell only every ten minutes or so, and sometimes brought him down with me – usually with some silly or self-conscious laughs along the way. He always helped me up, and a few times, I felt his big palm cup itself around my hip when lifting me to my feet.

After holding onto him so much while ice skating, it felt almost oddly distant for us not to be holding hands after we left and headed back towards the subway together. But the tension surrounding if and when our hands might clasp again (without any external cause like ice skating) proved to be a good distraction from my sore behind. After I jokingly complained about it, Michael replied, “Next time we visit a rink, remember to stuff your pants with lots of toilet paper, or some other butt cushion.”

A few minutes later, I saw the subway station in the distance, and figured that we probably weren’t going to hold hands again. I reasoned that there wasn’t that much time left before we’d have to stop holding hands in order to go down the stairs and through the subway turnstile, and that might make it seem even more awkward or silly to have held hands for so short a time before that. Of course, we could resume holding hands on the subway platform, but then we’d have an audience and it wouldn’t be as cold, so the reason for our hand-holding would be more obviously a growing intimacy rather than, for example, a way to keep our palms warm.

“How are your hands doing?” Michael suddenly asked, as if he had read my thoughts. “Are they warm enough?” he inquired, taking my hand into his.

“They are now,” I replied with a smile…”

An Excerpt

Jacob’s head nodded slowly as he relinquished further control to the resplendent woman in white, or more correctly, Adrianna’s supremely intoxicating confidence. That is, if it were possible to yield further control when one’s arms are spread-eagled, pinioned to the back seat of a limo, mouth stuffed and eyes blind.

“Well then, sweetie your secret will be safe with me.” Adrianna’s tone was respectful and earnest. “I will protect your identity with my life. You must believe me when I tell you that Exodia is a woman who keeps her promises. But also remember, I will hold you to yours.” Longingly, Adrianna kissed the strangers mask as lightly as a butterfly’s breath, startled at how referring to herself in the third person was strangely arousing. She had become Exodia. “Now let us begin slave. I paid a pretty penny for you at this auction and now it is time for me to lay claim to what is rightfully mine…”

Can you can guess the identity which famous celebrity Adrianna dominates to “top” off her evening of decadence and self indulgence??? Buy this book now and you can find out. (The first fifty readers who email the correct answer will be eligible for a signed first edition of the print version)

Here is what readers have to say:

“Gorgeous men mercilessly transformed into helpless, playtoys by a powerful, confident woman. This – I like!”

“…a toe-curling, back-arcing, screaming, sweaty orgasm that will keep you coming back for more…”

“If you are looking for a way to occupy time on a plane, this hot-mess of a read is sure to have you buckled securely into your seat.”

“Skyscraper Manolo boots, customized limos, sexy firemen–this book has it all.”

“I would love to know what Angelina has to say about the surprise ending…”

“Sakinaa Davies has crafted a tour-de-force of Erotic Fiction–when is the movie coming out?”

author

Sakinaa Davies

Sakinaa Davies (her pen name) is NEW to the enticing genre of Erotica, has three wonderful kids, a loving husband, a Shitzu and really is a dominatrix when she is not doing her regular job. Not the beating, brutal type but more of the sensual, adventurous type…

When she is not writing and dealing with the daily grind and paper cuts of life in general, her passions include Chai Tea (Starbucks of course) and Yoga while Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and shoes continue to be her secret vices.

She began writing the Coffeeshop Dominatrix stories, inspired by the complexities of what goes on everyday, all over the world within the confines of her most favorite of coffeeshops. (“favourite” for you Brits and Canucks) She loves to get honest reviews…

Although Sakinaa currently has over forty other published books for sale on Amazon with National Bestselling titles in the field of Educational Resources (in a parallel universe, Sakinaa used to be an elementary school teacher–third grade) this is her first foray into erotica as she explores her darker side. Trust me when I tell you that it is infinitely more challenging to top the Amazon bestseller’s list in the category of “Literature and Fiction–Erotica–BDSM” compared with “Children’s Books–Educational Resources–Science Studies–Life Science”.

Share her journey on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/SakinaaDavies) and on Pinterest (www.pinterest.com/sakinaadavies) or get in touch with her by email at sakinaadavies@gmail.com. She’d love to hear from you.

Synopsis

Lily Salomé has encountered more challenges than the average twenty-four year old. After a horrendous crash killed her parents, an abusive relationship was all she needed to calcify her broken heart to stone. So when Lily’s boss comes to her with a challenge most girls would balk at, she knows there isn’t much left in this world to be afraid of.

The target: Jonas Crane, a brooding business mogul who hasn’t smiled once since his very public divorce. Dark, dangerous and mouthwatering, Crane has written a book about life in the fast lane and with the recent publicity, Lily’s boss wants the rights. Problem is, Crane won’t return a phone call, let alone agree to a meeting. But if a pretty publishing assistant happens to run into him at the Waldorf, with a business card and a smile…what could go wrong?

A lot, it seems. Lily thinks she’s going to meet a rich jerk, or worse, a playboy, but the truth is way more disturbing. Jonas Crane is smart, engaging… and devastatingly out of her league.

Santiago Polvos, an amazingly talented Mexican artist

PAINTING

Santiago Polvos is an exceptional artist and a cancer survivor, a kind person who learned from an early age how to pursue his dreams.

A native of Michoacan, Mexico, Santiago was born into a family without an artistic background. With a restlessness that characterizes great talent, he was attracted to painting, which he taught himself, from a young age.

261990_220872721267389_5698304_n

Santiago’s paintings demonstrate the intensity of a person who lives with great passion. His paintings represent a break from reality typified by firm and agile brushstrokes which work together to create a satisfying and enchanting visual delight.

Santiago shows enormous promise for a great future in the art world, of which we are only just beginning to catch a glimpse.

Santiago’s goal is to one day represent not only Puerto Vallarta but all of Mexico throughout the world. Seeing Santiago’s art and vision unfold it will be only a matter of time.

Lneas_Y_Recuerdos__Polvos

Santiago’s art has been exhibited at:

  • The Puerto Vallarta International Airport
  • Guadalajara International Airport
  • John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City
  • Galeria Milan in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco Mexico
  • Cafe Gallery in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco Mexico

His fight against cancer a few years ago didn’t only affect his health as he was in a critical state, but his art and subsequently his finances.

His friends have set up a gofundme page (http://www.gofundme.com/SantiagoPolvosMedical) to help raise money so he may pay back debt he accumulated while ill, costs including medical expenses, living expenses (during that time), personal loans he had to take out just to be able to keep up his chemo, travel, medical tests and procedures, etc.

Santiago Polvos is also an amazing person and I had the honor to have a little chat with him about his art and his vision on painting.

Polvos_con_Dali

– Who exactly is Santiago Polvos?

“I am the 8th of 15 children, I was born into a poor family but with much love and unity, even though we lacked for many material things it was not something that held me back from pursuing my dreams.

I was born in a small town called El Charapo in the Mexican state of Michoacan.

My father is a farmer & my mother a house wife, I was raised on the farm and for the most part I am a country boy.”

Finishing_Las_Regatas__Polvos

– How did you decide to pursue a career in arts?

“Since I was very young my interest and passion for art was evident, so much so that the supplies my parents bought me for school I used up drawing, coloring color prisms all throughout my spiral notebooks, notebooks that my parents could barely afford at all.

At 13 years of age I finished what in Mexico is termed “primaria” In the U.S. it would be like graduating from 7th grade. And I didn’t want to continue with school for me I felt it would be a waste of time, haha. At 14 yrs old my parents supported my decision to leave school and pursue art completely.

That is my story of how I came to fully dedicate myself to painting and the Arts.”

MUJER_ARPA_Autor_SANTIAGO_POLVOS_Tecnica_Mixta_Medias_70x90cm

– Was establishing a career hard?

“Establishing myself as an artist has not been easy…the life of an artist is very difficult and all the more when you are not well off financially, but I work hard and little by little I have grown as an artist.

I think that from the first day I decided to dedicate myself to what I wanted to do with my life…since that day I feel I established myself as an artist.”

working_in_the_studio__Polvos

– Are your paintings inspired by people you know?

“I am never inspired by people… My work emerges without having anything planned, to me it seems to emerge from the blank canvas itself and from that bare canvas comes the inspiration> It comes at the moment I stain that vacant canvas.

S

– What style are your paintings?

“My style is a mixture or better said a fusion of Abstract, Surrealism, and the Figurative.

Even though I only allow myself to be carried away by the passion & excitement of having the canvas in front of me there is still something more at work. It is, that for an artist, it is impossible to stop a ‘style’ from emerging, without a doubt it follows an artist and sooner or later it traps us.”

basta

– Which of your work is your most favourite?

“My favorite work without a doubt is titled “Basta”.

In the piece I captured the poverty and marginalization in which my country lives.

A gratitude we owe to a government which does not put its people first.”

– Do you have a specific working routine?

“I don’t have a work schedule, it is unacceptable for me to have a blank canvas in front of me and not begin to dirty it, haha.

I am always painting…and if I don’t have a blank canvas….well I paint whatever I have around.”

Polvos_with_his_art_Maria_Magdalena__Polvos

– What are your current projects?

“My current projects are: I want to create an international art fair in my city of Puerto Vallarta Mexico, and I am also taking sculpture classes.”

– What’s next for you?

“I want to travel and represent my country in a way that brings it attention for its art, culture and people. One day I hope to live in Italy.”
